When will my order be delivered?

We process orders that have been paid for (i.e. money credited to our account) before 11am for products that are available in stock and can be delivered within 24/48 hours.

In some cases, the components of the sprockets and chain kits come from 3 different warehouses, 1 of which is in Germany. On our website you can choose from over 300.000 available combinations. We have more than 4000 sprockets and their safety plates, 5000 sprockets, more than 500 RK chains from pitch 415 to 532, and their master linkk. We strive to keep our stock up to date, but in the event of stock shortages, we will contact you as soon as possible.

In the case of cash on delivery (cash on delivery), delivery to your home can take 24/48 hours and to a collection point 24 hours (for those products available in stock).

When will I receive my parcel (hand delivery)?

For Spain and Portugal we ship with Nacex with a commitment of hand delivery before 20:00 hs of the day following the shipment -except weekends and holidays-. Packages sent on Friday will be delivered on Monday in all cases. If it is a public holiday, on the first working day, at the latest at 20:00hs.

Balearic Islands within 24/48 hours of shipment, always before 7pm.

Can I collect my parcel?

YES, YOU CAN. We have an exclusive service in mainland Spain and Portugal: more than 1000 DROP-POINTS ! where you can pick up your package comfortably, and in many of them even on Sundays, which avoids the need to wait for our carrier at home. Remember, parcels sent on Friday will be available the following Monday at the collection point.

Can I pay when I collect my parcel?

In Spain or Portugal, YES, YOU CAN. In any of our DROP-POINT you can pay when you pick up your order. To do this, you must choose Cash on Delivery as your payment method (this payment method has an additional cost).

How do the DROP-POINTS work?

These are local delivery points where you can pick up your parcel the day after it has been dispatched.

On our Express Checkout page, without leaving our website, you can select on the map of Spain or Portugal, one of the delivery points, close to your work, place of residence, or place of passage. Check opening and closing times and location. We will send your order there if you wish and at no additional cost.

How will I know if my order has arrived at the DROP-POINT?

We will inform you by means of an alert (e-mail or sms) as soon as your shipment is available at the delivery point you have chosen at the time of purchase. In the text of the alert we will remind you of the address of the establishment, and you will be able to consult the geolocation on the Internet.

How many days do I have to collect my shipment after receiving the notice?

15 days is the maximum. We will remind you daily by SMS of the availability of your parcel until you collect it or it is returned to our warehouse.

Can someone else collect on my behalf?

YES, as you are the only one who receives notification of the package and its location, you can authorise someone else to collect the order. You must carry an identification document, ID card or PASSPORT.

Can I know where my shipment is?

YES. When we send you your package you will receive an individual tracking code with which you can check the status of the shipment in real time, the delivery branch of destination and a contact telephone number.

You can also track your order on our website in the customer area.

Is there an additional cost for delivery in a DROP-POINT?

NO. You can select home delivery or collection, without additional costs, and remember that if you pay on collection the refund has a 3% commission (minimum 3€).
